Twice baked potaotes

Pull out, when cool enough to touch cut down the middle and scoop out the middle leaving the shell.

You could substitute the milk for sour cream or even cream cheese and it would be good.

Pizza

Add your recipe here Ryan!

hamburgers

Ryan this is one you can make

Hamburger patties
Buns
cheese
Avocado or guacamole
A1 sauce

Grill hamburgers tell there done. I like mine well done. In the last minute add sliced cheese on top to melt.

Since Ryan doesn't like ketchup we stated putting either smashed up avocados or making guacamole and topping our hamburgs with that.

Adding A1 sauce is good as well.

Serve with french fries

Shake-n-bake

Chicken
Box of shake-n-bake

Open box of shake-n-bake take out bag that is inside pour the bread crumbs and chicken into. Shake the bag and place on baking pan and cook tell done.

Serve with potatoes, rice, corn, or green beans

I asked Ryan to make this because I was at work and it was simple for him to make. I come home and he hadn't started. I asked him why and he said I didn't know how to make it. I said you just put it in the bag and shake it and he said is thats all it seemed to easy.

Roasted Chicken

This is a Rachel Ray one pot chicken dinner that I adapted.

2 chicken breast
4-5 red potatoes
2 onions ( I used to use one but that was never enough for my onion loving husband)
1/2 bag of carrots
olive oil
salt
thyme

Adjust quantities to what you like and how many people are eating

Mix everything together put in roaster and bake at 425 for 40 min.

If using boneless chicken breast I don't add them tell the last 10-15 min so they don't get to dry

Crab

I've only made this once but crab is Ryan's favorite so I should do it again. I found this recipe here

Here is a slightly altered recipe:
1/4 (1/2 stick) c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 lb of crab
Thickly sliced zucchini, bell pepper and potatoes

Melt butter with olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stir in garlic, thyme and rosemary. Remove from heat. Broil veggies with some butter add the crab for the last 4 minutes brushing with butter, until crab is heated through thoroughly. Remaining butter may be used as dipping sauce

Chicken Enchiladas

Cooked Shredded Chicken ( I use 2 chicken breasts)
2 cups Green enchilada sauce
1 cup Sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 can green chiles
shredded cheese
Tortillas

Mix all ingredients together excepted tortillas. Then spoon into tortillas, roll up and place in baking dish. I like to spread extra enchilada sauce and cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min

Argenine Chicken

4 chicken breasts,
1/2 cup oil
1 onion chopped,
3 TBS parsley chopped,
2 med carrots grated thin,
5 bay leaves,
1 green pepper diced,
salt pepper to taste,
2 TBS chopped garlic,
1 TBS whole oregano,
1/4 cup dry white cooking wine (I always use water but the alcohol cooks out)
1/2 cup sugar,
2 28oz cans whole tomatoes chopped
2 28oz cans tomato sauce. (You may want to half all ingredients except chicken)

Brown chicken with bay leaves in oil in large pot. Add next 6 ingredients and cook lightly. Add rest of ingredients and spices: cook over low heat & stir, making sure not to burn the bottom. Cook about 1 hour.

You can also through all the ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low about 5 hours

Serve with rice.

Tacos

1 Roast
1 can of green salsa
1 can of green chiles
corn tortillas
tomatoes
avocado
cheese
onion

Put roast and salsa in a crock-pot for 8 hours on low
When done shred roast and mix with green chiles

Fry tortillas tell they are slightly crispy top with meat, cheese, avocado, tomoaotes and onion.

Roast

1 Roast
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
red potatoes
carrots
onions

Throw everything in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Stuffed Pepers

1 can crushed tomatoes
rice
hamburger meat
onion
3 Peppers

Cut off the tops of any your peppers and clean out the inside. Boil your peppers for about 5 mins.
In another pan cook rice- I have used beef rice-a-roni and brown rice I'm sure white rice would be fine to.
In another pan fry meat, and onion
Mix together in one pan meat, rice and crushed tomatoes.

Fill peppers with mixture and cook for 20-30 min at 350.

This would probably be good with cheese on top I have never done it but seen similar recipes with it on it.

Milinessa

Here in the US most people call this chicken fry steak but my Dad served a mission for the LDS church in Argentina and they called it Milinessa so that's what I grew up calling it.

Thin cut steaks
bread crumbs
eggs
parsley
oregano
white pepper
salt
oil
lime juice and salsa

Heat oil in a pan on the stove

Mix eggs, parsley, oregano, white pepper and salt togher in a boil. Then dip each thin stake into mixture and cover with breadcrumbs

Fry steak tell done pat of extra oil with paper towel.

I like to squeeze lime juice on mine and Ryan likes to eat his with green salsa.

Serve with twice baked potatoes and a veggie.

***Can be made with chicken too.

Salmon

1 lb of Salmon
Lemon pepper

Sprinkle lemon pepper on top of salmon the Broil on low about 20 min or until done.

I usually make rice, or pasta salad to go with this.
